Head Chef Dave Trewin has enjoyed a growing reputation since joining the One Eyed Cat towards the end of 2008.

Previously of the Three Mackerel and the award-winning Cove Restaurant at Maenporth, Dave, who at 26 is one of Cornwall’s brightest young culinary talents, is keen to champion local food producers, and wherever possible uses the very best local ingredients for his dishes. His goal is to create food that puts a smile on your face.
