Front of house – Under the experienced management team of Brett Holmes (formerly of “Minmore” 5* Country House Hotel in Scotland, Rafters Restaurant and The Watering Hole at Perranporth) & partner Louise West (formerly of Indaba Restaurant), the One Eyed Cat has become synonymous for its great food, warm, friendly staff & relaxed atmosphere.
Kitchen Team – Steve Palmer has taken the helm of The Cat’s kitchen & is promising to deliver a modern take on brasserie style food with a vibrant, funky and fun filled menu for diners, whether they are looking for a light lunchtime snack or a full three-course meal.
