Under the experienced management team of Brett Holmes (formerly of “Minmore” 5* Country House Hotel in Scotland, Rafters Restaurant and The Watering Hole at Perranporth) and partner Louise West (formerly of Indaba Restaurant), the One Eyed Cat has become synonymous for its great food, warm, friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere.
